Personnel Relations. Employee Training and Development. System for Strategy Implementation Management (SSIM)
 

The priority of the SVEZA personnel policy is recruitment of high-class professionals and establishment of excellent working environment. Employees are the most valuable asset of SVEZA that is why the Company pays a lot of attention to training and development of each and every staff member.

Career and professional growth planning is based on personnel’s exposure to wider functional agenda, succession and career planning in line with the Company’s strategy. The System for Strategy Implementation Management (SSIM) allows employees not only to receive their base pay but also strive for bonuses (variable pay), which obviously motivates better performance of both individual employee and entire company.

Training of SVEZA employees is investment in company’s development ensuring future profitability of the Company. For the purpose of improving company’s performance and personnel; qualification, the Company implements all sorts of educational programs and seminars as well as company-wide and individual training courses.

Furthermore, SVEZA practices the exchange of employees among factories. The following professional development programs have been introduced in the Company: Top League – for functional executives, Change Leadership – for medium-level executives, and Master Class – for shop foremen.
