Company’s Structure
Economics and Finance Department
- Ensures maintenance of RAS and IFRS accounting;
- Exercises routine control over all the aspects of financial and business performance Sveza Group companies;
- Prepares consolidated financial statements;
Ensures efficient implementation of comany's capital; - Ensures efficient raising of funds both in the domestic and international markets for the purpose of supporting the Group’s growth and implementing the M&A strategy.
Investment and development Department
- Determine strategic course of production development;
- Initiate and present potential projects;
- Analyze and control invest projects of the SVEZA company;
Create relationship with potential partners and suppliers; - Workout and estimate opportunities, organize test of new products and technologies
- Participate in estimation and integration of new assets (estimate, search and work otu effectivization decisions).
Production and Supply Operations Department
- Coordinates annual production programs of factories;
- Contril business-plan implementation and react responsively to risks and opportunities;
- Allocates production orders among factories;
- Determine inner opportunities of operational efficiency of mills in order to improve its current and future economic perfomances.
- Maximize investment attractivness of mills.
- Perform ket process: supply, production, stuff size and labor efficiency.
Commercial Department
- Successffully realize products on the markets of Russian Federation, CIS, Europe, North America, Asia, Arabic countries;
- Participates in preparation of Company’s strategic development plans;
- Satisfies Company’s needs for information on the business environment, reviews trends in the consumer’s market and industry development;
- Participates in development and implementation of the sales strategy for target market segments, drafts proposals for, and substantiates decisions on, product portfolio management;
- Provides information support to Company’s employees: produces mass media reviews, analytical reports etc;
Human Resources Department
- Attract professionals from external environment in order to optimize and improve efficiency of the company;
- Manage training, development and professional rotation for improvement of efficiency and company development.
- Optimize organization structure, regulate and coordinate activity of departments of the company;
- Establishing and supporting the corporate culture;
- Develop and realize effective systems of financial and non financial personnel motivation;
- Manage stuff size and labor compensation fund of company.
Legal Support Department
- Ensures Company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Ensures Company’s legal security;
- Represents the Company in courts and other government bodies;
- Responsible for contracts and claim administration.
IT Department
- Organize business process that automates work of company;
- Creates safe information system and infrastructure that support these process;
- Arranges communications among Company’s factories and head office;
- Introduce and implementat of the Microsoft Axapta management system.
