SVEZA operationally consolidates five production facilities, namely, JSC Fanplit, JSC UIFK, JSC Novator, PFK LLC and JSC Fankom with a managing company, SVEZA-Les OOO . Alongside its conventional centralized functions of a holding entity, Sveza-Les also performs the role of sale agent for the mills' products on their sales markets. SVEZA also comprises other companies, charged with special roles-financial/leasing agency, etc.

Since 2003, SVEZA management issues consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).These reports are audited by leading accounting frims .

SVEZA has a successful cooperation record with the International Financial Corporation (IFC).
